Creating an event is free. For paid tickets, attendees pay a flat ₦50 booking fee plus a 3% platform fee (capped at ₦4,500 per order), both added on top of the ticket price at checkout, you're paid out the full ticket price you set. Free events have no fees at all, for anyone.
Revenue from your registrations (the full ticket price you set, our fees are charged to the attendee, never deducted from you) is tracked in your organizer balance. You can request a payout to your Nigerian bank account at any time from the Payouts page in your dashboard.
Payments are processed via Paystack, supporting Nigerian debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD.
No. Anyone can register for an event and receive their ticket by email, no account required. Only organizers and check-in staff need to sign in.
Every ticket includes a unique QR code. At your event, organizers or assigned staff can scan tickets using the camera-based check-in scanner in the dashboard, or enter the ticket code manually.
Yes. From your event's dashboard page you can invite staff by email and control what they can do, check attendees in, view the attendee list.
