By creating an account, creating an event, or registering for an event on Tixzn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, delivering the event as described, and complying with all applicable laws, including venue, safety, and tax obligations.
For each paid ticket, Tixzn charges a flat ₦50 booking fee plus a 3% platform fee (capped at ₦4,500 per order). By default both are added on top of the ticket price and charged to the buyer, with the organizer paid out the full ticket price they set; an organizer may instead choose to absorb these fees themselves, in which case the buyer pays exactly the ticket price and the fees are deducted from the organizer's payout. Free tickets are never charged either fee. These fees are non-refundable except where a registration is refunded in full.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paystack. Organizer revenue is paid out automatically to your verified Nigerian bank account as ticket sales settle.
Refund and cancellation policies for a given event are set by the organizer. Tixzn is not a party to the transaction between an organizer and an attendee beyond facilitating payment and ticketing.
You may not use Tixzn to list fraudulent, illegal, or misleading events, or to circumvent applicable fees.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tixzn after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
